Before that, she worked at Consejo Hispano (formerly called Lower Columbia Hispanic Council), leading an advocacy group called La Voz de Comunidad that built the Latine community’s civic leadership presence in Clatsop County, engaging on issues including early learning, transportation for Head Start, and opposing Measure 105.
