Jason McNeal Graham, also known as MOsley WOtta, is an Oregon-based artist. His writing, painting and music stitch across nearly two decades of practice. His work has been featured by OPB, TED X, NPR, the NBA and several other three letter acronyms.

Jason is Bend’s first ever Creative Laureate and a member of the Oregon Fields Fellowship Cohort.

Jason is a Deschutes Public Library free education program alumni.
